This luxurious hotel exceeded my expectations. the room was spacious and very clean with exclusive amenities such as a private balcony, comfortable bedding and a well-equipped bathroom. the restaurant had a wide range of food options and the breakfast was delicious. the staff were friendly and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. the swimming pool, health club and sauna were all relaxing and well-maintained facilities. the hotel's location advantages were outstanding, as it had a beautiful view of the city.

The only minor issue was that the bar/lounge area was not adequately staffed, causing a delay in service during peak hours. this issue was quickly resolved by a manager who apologized and brought in extra staff to ensure prompt service.
